Sohani Withanage is the Customer Success Manager at Adaptis, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and advocating for their needs within the company to guide product development and delivery. She ensures customers gain maximum value from the Adaptis platform by supporting onboarding, facilitating project delivery, and translating feedback into actionable insights for the technical and product teams.
Sohani holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management from the University of Waterloo and brings extensive expertise in sustainability and circularity. Her previous roles include conducting construction Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) at the National Research Council Construction Research Center, managing waste compliance for the City of Guelph’s Waste Resource Innovation Center, and teaching sustainability at Conestoga College. Combining her technical knowledge, operational skills, and client-focused approach, she collaborates closely with internal teams to deliver practical, impactful outcomes for Adaptis customers.
