Sohani Withanage is the Chief of Staff at Adaptis, serving as the CEOs operational partner to align product, engineering, sales, and customer success around a shared set of priorities. She owns and drives operational systems and cross-functional initiatives that improve how the company delivers for its customers. Having built and led Adaptis' customer success and implementation function, she continues to bring the voice of the customer into product direction and delivery decisions.

Sohani holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management from the University of Waterloo and brings extensive expertise in sustainability and circularity. Her previous roles include conducting construction Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) at the National Research Council Construction Research Center, managing waste compliance for the City of Guelph’s Waste Resource Innovation Center, and teaching sustainability at Conestoga College. Combining her technical knowledge, operational skills, and client-focused approach, she collaborates closely with internal teams to deliver practical, impactful outcomes for Adaptis customers.
