Ricky leads Customer Success at Adaptis, helping customers set goals, achieve measurable results, and realize the full value of the platform. He’s motivated by the challenge of bringing innovative solutions to complex problems and seeing their real-world impact.
Before joining Adaptis, Ricky was a Consulting Technical Manager at Oracle and previously served as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Newmetrix (acquired by Oracle). His earlier experience spans account management and sales roles across major organizations such as Amazon and Custom Ink, as well as several startups.
Ricky holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Textual Studies from Syracuse University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, following Boston sports, taking his son to games, and exploring new places while traveling.
