Decarbonization is no longer optional for real estate owners, but it remains costly, complex, and slow. That’s why we built Adaptis—to make it easier, faster, and more financially viable. Today, we’re excited to announce that we’ve raised $4M USD in seed funding to accelerate our mission. Led by Building Ventures, with participation from MetaProp, 2048 Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, and Blue Vision Capital, this investment validates the urgent need for smarter, data-driven solutions in real estate and fuels our expansion across North America.

Real estate owners face growing financial and regulatory pressure to decarbonize, yet traditional approaches often fall short—offering limited insights, high costs, and slow turnaround times. Adaptis changes this with an AI-powered decision support platform that bridges financial planning and carbon optimization, enabling real estate owners, developers, and asset managers to make data-driven decisions, that maximize ROI and accelerate decarbonization.  By integrating financial and environmental factors, our AI-powered platform helps clients reduce inefficiencies, unlock capex savings, and future-proof their portfolios—20x faster than traditional consulting.

Already, over 350 buildings are active on Adaptis platform, with 400+ more set to onboard next quarter. Building owners across North America are using our platform to unlock 20% CapEx savings on average, reduce operating costs, and future-proof their portfolios against rising carbon taxes and evolving performance standards.

“This funding allows us to accelerate product innovation, expand into new markets, and move toward real-time carbon and cost optimization”.

-Sheida Shahi, Co-Founder & CEO

Looking ahead, we are expanding into New York, California, and Colorado, growing our team, and pushing toward near real-time insights by 2026, ensuring that carbon and cost optimization is accessible for all building types, not just Class A assets.

With 108,000+ tCO2e avoided and 6,000+ tons of waste diverted so far, the numbers speak for themselves: decarbonization isn’t just good for the planet, it’s good for business.
